The 1st Summer School (2021)
How to teach language skills and systems
For pre-service and in-service language teachers
The first How to teach Summer School is an 8-day event being organized by Kian Language Academy teacher education department in collaboration with Applied Linguistics Research Center (Islamic Azad University, Roodehen Branch) for August 26, 27, and September 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, and 10, with an audience made up of ELT university students, teachers, and teacher trainers. This year, our goal is to build awareness around the broad array of teaching techniques, procedures, methods, and approaches of language skills and systems. To this end, almost 40 well-reputed Iranian teacher trainers will discuss the most recent methods of teaching grammar, vocabulary, reading, listening, speaking, and writing. There are also a few international figures arguing some critiques, advancements, and issues in teaching them in plenary talks.
